How do you remove several small mirrors stuck to the wall with heavy duty glue?

You can remove them without breaking them or doing excessive damage to the drywall by sawing through the glue with a thin, steel cable. I did this in my last house using a derailleur cable from a bicycle. I used Vise-grip pliers to hold both ends of the cable. Loop it behind the mirror you’re trying to remove, hold the ends of the cable near the wall, and run the cable back and forth through the adhesive to saw through it. This may leave some of the glue on the wall and/or peel some of the paper from the drywall, but it should leave the wall in good enough shape to smooth over with joint compound and repaint. You can get cables like the ones shown above at any bike shop.
