It could just be the service light, have you checked your Vectra Owners Manual? You should do this first. You may need to take it to your local garage or Vauxhall dealership to get it plugged into a diagnostic computer, this will readout codes, then the technicians can check the fault that the code applies to. Before taking it to a garage, see if the service light will go out by trying the following. Push in the mile-ometer trip button (read the owners manual if you don’t know which button this is). While still pushing in the trip button, put your foot on the brake pedal, and switch on the ignition (don’s start the engine), keep holding the trip button and brake pedal down with your foot until the service light flashes, once it starts to flash switch of the ignition switch. Wait a few seconds then start the engine, if the service light is still on take it to a garage. Hope this helps.
