How Do You Remove Rust From Chrome With Coke?

0

Chrome can be a beautiful accent to your kitchen or bathroom or a classic handlebar on your bike. Chrome can also be a bit unsightly if it is rusting. Have you ever thought of cleaning chrome to remove rust with coca-cola? You will be amazed at how well this works. Depending on the size of the rust spot, you will either want to crumple up a piece of aluminum foil exposing as much of the shiny side as possible, or simply wrap a bit of aluminum foil around you finger shiny side up if you are only cleaning a small area. Dip the aluminum foil in coca-cola. Rub the aluminum foil with the coke on it until the rust is removed from the chrome. You may need to re-dip the foil in coke and repeat if the first application does not take. Dry the clean surface of the chrome with a towel.
