You can buff rust spots out of steel car bumpers easily using common household objects. Just follow these steps to remove the rust and protect your bumper from further oxidation. Crumple a large piece of aluminum foil into a loose ball. You will use this ball like a sponge to buff away the rust. Pour a small amount of Coca-Cola into the bowl. Dip the aluminum foil into it.
