Make sure the area is dry. Cover the rusty area with salt. Pour lemon juice or squeeze the juice of a lemon over the salt until it’s mushy. Let it set overnight and then clean the area in the morning. The rust disappears into the salt. Buy some “Naval Jelly” for the stain. Don’t leave it on the porcelain too long. Apply the Naval Jelly to the area and wipe it off. If the stain isn’t gone, repeat it. Create a mixture of hydrogen peroxide and cream of tartar.
