By using enzymatic cleaners purchased from a local pet store or your veterinarian, you can remove urine stains and odors from your concrete. Mix a solution of one part water and two parts white vinegar into a bucket. Pour the vinegar solution over the entire concrete area so you do not miss any urine stains that are no longer visible to the eye. Allow the vinegar wash to sit on the stains for 30 minutes.
