The invention of peel and stick tile made using tile easier in your home. Instead of fighting with laying down adhesive, and then the tile and grouting over everything, you simply needed to peel off the back and apply the tile to the surface. The glue was already included. Removing these tiles can be a chore because it’s not always easy to remove peel and stick tile glue. Remove all the tiles from your work area. Place a chisel along the base or corner of the tile and apply pressure up toward your body to pry off the tiles. This also removes a large amount of the adhesive left behind that was once stuck to the tiles. Protect your face with goggles and cover your hands with gloves to keep yourself safe. Then mix together equal amount of muriatic acid and water. The muriatic acid can burn your skin and the fumes can irritate your eyes if you don’t use protection. Cover the surrounding areas of your house with plastic sheets or tarps. Apply the acid and water mixture directly to the tile
