Using a small container such as a measuring cup, spread the Absorbent in an even layer over the oil spot. If the spot is still wet, then spread on the material in a heavier layer. Use the wood block to scrub the absorbent into the concrete. For very wet stains you might need to do this to soak up the excess liquid.
