Use of a sequestering agent, available at any pool supply store (Adcock, Leslie’s, etc.), can solve the well water problem. The rebar problem generally means it is time for new marcite or, perhaps, fiberglass. If a heater is involved, contact a pool service company and have them check the header and impellers. If they’re iron, they will need tp be switched out.
