How Do You Remove Marker Pen Stains?
For young children, markers can be a way for them to explore their creativity. However, if the marker pens are not washable and the youngsters happen to write on the walls, furniture or even the floor, the stains can be a little difficult to remove once dried. Thankfully, there are a few products that will remove marker pen stains–household or personal products that it’s likely you will have, such as hairspray and even WD-40. Spray a decent amount of hairspray on the marker pen stain, enough so it will be saturated. Immediately wipe the marker stain with a damp cloth. Scrub in a circular motion. Wipe the area with another clean damp cloth. The stains should be noticeably lightened or even gone, but if they are not, repeat this step. Apply WD-40 to the remaining marker pen stain.
