Removing Oil-based Makeup: The household trick for removing oil-based make-up is to use a “pre-wash stain remover” and spray it directly onto the stain. Do not rub the stain! After the solution has had time to soak, rinse the stain with warm water and dab the stain (remember do not rub). The stain should be faded or completely gone. If not, repeat the process.
