Liquid stitch is a type of adhesive used to glue two pieces of fabric together instead of sewing them. Most liquid stitch products are considered permanent adhesives and they are not intended to be removed by the consumer once they are applied. However, sometimes it is necessary to remove liquid stitch and this is not an easy process. Soak a cotton swab in Goop brand multi-purpose hand cleaner. Select the Goop product that is recommended for use on fabrics. Apply the swab to the adhesive area. You may need to saturate the adhesive and scrub with the swab to determine if the Goop will dissolve your particular brand of liquid stitch. Wash your fabric with laundry detergent and cold water.
