If this is the case, you’ll have to remove the object by hand. Here’s how to do it. Turn off the pool pump and remove the Aquabug from the pool. Disconnect the hose assembly from the leader hose. Turn the unit upside down on the deck or a work bench. Remove the Aquabug’s bottom plate located at the center of the bottom. Three screws hold the bottom plate in place. Remove the screws with a Phillip’s head screwdriver or a power drill with a Phillip’s head bit. Put the screws into a coffee can or other container so they don’t roll away.
