A couch is often an expensive investment, a showpiece in your living room or simply a place to hang out with family and friends. Keeping it clean is a high priority as it is usually a very highly trafficked piece of furniture. Ink is one of the most common stains and one of the more difficult to remove. Remove the fabric cover from the affected couch cushion if possible. Place a clean towel on the underside of the fabric stain and spray the stain with warm water for a water-based ink stain.
