If possible, remove your shower head. If you cannot, please refer to the tips section for help before proceeding. Place shower head into the freezer bag with the buildup side down. Fill the bag until the buildup areas of the shower head are completely covered. Let it soak for six to eight hours. Check to see if the buildup is easily removed. Let it soak long if needed. The buildup should come off just a little scrubbing and a good rinse in clean water. Rinse well and reattach.
