Hey guys I got a new suggestion that may help you guys, Im asian with medium <5-7in> hair and use gatsby, a tough wax, but if your salon gave up after all those procedure i might recommend a new way i developed and gave credit to my salon doctor, i used a hair sprayer, but i empty the bottle and fill it with soap and water, this will takes only 15mins and a painful presses alot by your thumbs to your hair, becareful if you have long hair because your thumb can interact your hair and pull it abit >.< Anyways the first 3mins is all about soap and water, fill it up and spray really close to it, because it applys pressure and moist requirement all at once killing the wax fast, after that raise your hair up with a towel < Your hair is still with soap and yes you only spray the top layer because spray alot and your hair falls, but raise it up and spray it untill if fall, then clean it with a shower or a poor of water on your hair untill the soap is vanish, but the rest of the 10mins is all a
