Saturate the area with warm soapy water and allow it to soak for 2-3 minutes before scrubbing with a stiff bristle brush. Add more soapy water if necessary. Spray the glue with WD-40, use enough to saturate it. Allow it to sit on the glue for several minutes before scraping the now-softened glue away with a scraper.
