How do you remove front caliper on 2003 ex honda atv?

caliper has two type of bolts ,one is a allen, other has a rubber on it i removed the rubber on that one, now i have to return the rubber but the caliper needs to be pulled off but i cant , do i need a special tool to remove that bolt with no head .
