How Do You Remove Food Oil Or Grease Stains From Clothes?
If you have ever spilled pasta with olive oil on your clothes or dipped your sleeve in your lunch, then you have tried to get the oil stains out of your clothes. Here is the solution! Make sure the clothing is machine washable. Identify the area with stain. Rub the area with the stain with a small amount of either liquid dish soap or shampoo. Both of these cleaners are designed to cut grease and will work like a charm. Let it sit for about a minute. This works great on oil stains from all kinds of splatters from noodles or spots where food falls into your lap. Once you have treated the area with the liquid dish soap or the shampoo, wash as normal in the washing machine. Before you dry the article of clothing, review the area that had the stain on it. If the stain is still there repeat Step 2 and rewash the clothing. Dry and fold clothes as normal.
