Pour 1 tsp. of acetone onto a paper towel or rag, working over a sink in case of spills. Rub the nail polish stain vigorously, turning the paper towel to a clean edge as the polish residue accumulates. Repeat the process once to ensure all nail polish has been removed from the tile.
