How do you remove dry latex paint from concrete?
Let everything dry thoroughly then brush on a little paint stripper. After the paint has had a chance to wrinkle up, scrape the paint to get as much as you can. Then put on a little more paint stripper, let it sit for the recommended amount of time then use a pressure-washer to lift the remaining pain. You may need to go through the process a couple times, but you should be able to get it all.
