How Do You Remove Dried Super Glue From Fabric?
Super glue is hailed by many for its relative strength and durability. This claim becomes undesirable when, after using it for one project or another, you realize that you have gotten a healthy-sized splotch of it on your clothes, curtains and other fabrics. Dried super glue can appear permanent, and you may feel that your fabrics are truly ruined. Super glue makes for a nasty stain, but can be removed. Pick off any excess super glue, if possible. Scrub the stained area with a quantity of acetone-based nail polish remover. Test on a hidden area of the fabric before use. Launder the fabric as you normally would.
