How do you remove dried semi-gloss latex paint from carpet?
once it is dried the only way we could remove it was by taking an old towel and putting it over it, then ironing the towel (while its over the paint) which remoistens the paint. Then you can use a strong carpet cleaner product to pull it out. This also works on wax except you wont need a carpet cleaning product, the wax will stick to the towel or the hot surface.
