Removing the smell of dog urine is something that many people struggle with. Whether you have a new puppy, an older dog that can’t make it outside or dogs that just never learned the concept of “holding it”, you’ve probably dealt with a pee stain. There are dozens of products that claim to work, but without fail, your dog will probably use the same spot they did before – that’s because while the stain may be gone, the smell still remains. Use these steps to remove the smell from deep within. Mix 1 part water and 1 part white vinegar in a bottle. The size is up to you. I have mine in an old milk gallon so I’ll always have some on hand. Try to catch the accident as soon as it happens. Place two dry paper towels over the puddle. Do not press down. Allow the paper towels to draw up as much urine as possible.
