With a sponge or rag and an all-purpose spray cleaner, wash the counter of any surface dust and grime before proceeding to the harder clean. Let dry or dry with a towel. Mix 1 tbsp. white vinegar with 1 tbsp. baking soda to form a pasty mixture. With a cotton swab, dab the paste generously on the cigarette burn, covering the burn completely.
