How Do You Remove Candle Wax From Glass?

0

Everyone loves the calming effect of candle light. Having a candlelit evening won’t be ruined with this simple technique. Getting rid of the melted wax can be a problem. There’s an easy way to get that wax out of a glass container. I’ve used this technique on wood, ceramic, and metal containers. After you’ve enjoyed the evening, blow out the candles and let them cool. This shouldn’t take long, 10 to 15 minutes, depending on the size. Gather all of your votives and containers and take them to the kitchen. You can place them on a tray or if you have room just set them on a shelf. Place votives and containers in the freezer section of your refrigerator. Leave them there until they look frosty. Take the votives and containers out of the freezer and put them on a counter. You can hold them with a towel if necessary. Take the butter knife and pop the candle out.
