A popular feature of Internet Explorer 7.0 allows you to customize your home page by choosing the website your browser opens automatically when it starts. However, if your IE opens with only a blank page, there is a problem with your registry that needs to be set right. The instructions are the same for Windows XP, Vista and 7.
