How Do You Remove Bird Stains On Fresh Concrete?
When you’re pouring concrete and going through the concrete drying process, it is quite possible birds will create stains on your fresh concrete. Removing bird stains from fresh concrete can be a tedious process, but it is absolutely necessary if you want the concrete to dry smooth and look good. As long as you have some extra concrete and extra time, removing the stains won’t be a problem. Place cinder blocks or another object sturdy enough to support your weight on opposite sides of your freshly poured concrete. This will allow you to rest a wooden board on the two blocks and use this as a small bridge across the concrete. Locate the areas in the fresh concrete stained by birds. Adjust the “bridge” across the wet concrete, so you are able to reach the various stains. You will need to bend over to scoop up stains and smooth the concrete, so make sure you are able to get close enough to the stain to do so.
