How Do You Remove Antiperspirant Stains From Clothing?
For people who use an antiperspirant, at some point you will notice a slight staining or buildup around the underarms of your shirts. Washing won’t get the stain out, but here are some ways you can remove them. Mix the baking soda with water to form a paste, and then rub into the stain. Let it sit for at least ten minutes before rinsing out. If the stain is particularly bad, let it sit for a couple hours. Pour vinegar onto the stain, and let it soak for several minutes. Rinse out. Rub hydrogen peroxide into the stain. You can either use the hydrogen peroxide by itself, or mix it with a little baking soda to form a paste. Rinse out after several minutes. Pour liquid dish soap onto the stain, and let it sit for several hours. Rinse out. Crush two aspirin, and dissolve them in about a half cup of hot water.
