How Do You Remove An Ink Stain From Microfiber?
Microfiber is a high-quality, durable fabric that is commonly used as furniture upholstery. As with any other high-traffic area of the home, furniture is susceptible to spills and accidents that end up leaving a stain on the surface. Ink is a typical problem, as an ink pen can break or be dropped onto the microfiber surface, leaving a dark stain that is seemingly impossible to remove. To get rid of the stain, simply use a few items that are most likely already in your home. Blot fresh ink stains with paper towels, using a fresh area of paper towel with each blot. Repeat until the paper towel comes up clear of ink. Moisten a fresh paper towel with rubbing alcohol. Blot onto the stain, and continue blotting with fresh areas of paper towel. In most instances the stain will be removed entirely with this procedure. Mix a paste of baking soda and rubbing alcohol, until you have a thick peanut butter consistency.
