How Do You Remove An HJC Face Shield From A Helmet?

Designed with the needs of the customer in mind, HJC’s line of helmets utilize the tool-less “RapidFire” shield replacement mechanism to help riders replace their face shields quickly and easily. Unlock the face shield and lift it to its completely opened position. A set of arrow-shaped indicators on the shield mechanism will align with the indicators molded into the base of the face shield. Push the lock handles on the shield mechanism toward the back of the helmet to unlock the face shield mechanism. Pull the base of the face shield out of the shield mechanism and pull the face shield away from the helmet.
