How do you remove a window handle on a 1979 GMC truck?
They make a special tool for this, usually found in the section with the ‘HELP’ brand items, found in most auto parts stores. The clip that must be removed is shaped a little like a horseshoe. I personally have always used a small allen wrench to remove the clip, but would not recomend this to someone who is not already very familiar with it.
