How Do You Remove A Seat From A Lund Boat?
When you own an open boat, like one of Lund Boat’s aluminum sport fishing boats, things will happen, and sometimes they happen to the seat covers in your boat. Perhaps you snag the seat with a hook when casting or perhaps a companion decides to cut some bait on the seat and a knife slips–into the seat cover. When things like this happen, you’ll have to remove the seat, so you can replace the seat cover, but it’s not a complicated as you might think. Slide under the seat with an adjustable wrench in hand. Located and loosen the bolt located on the left forward side of the Garelick swivel base (it’s on the corner of the base) that’s driven up into the round swivel plate on the bottom of the seat. Repeat this process for the bolt located on the right rear of the swivel base. Located and loosen the bolts on the right forward and left rear sides of the swivel base.
