How Do You Remove A Mouth Ulcer?

• Starting off, the worst one, but the one that works the best is an ice cube. If you have an ulcer on the inside of your lip you can put an ice cube on it until it sticks then pull the ice cube off. It will remove the ulcer. Be careful not to remove any other skin. This will hurt and will leave a slight amount of bleeding but, it works! • Rinse your mouth with salt water or diluted TCP (disinfectant). Salt kills germs, and a mouth ulcer is just a colony of germs. If you don’t like the taste of it, hold your nose while rinsing with it, but let go while gurgling. DO NOT DRINK IT • Buy something called Bonjela. This is medicine that numbs the pain for a while. • Some chewing gum can help ulcers while others can make them MUCH worse. Test them out and see which one works best for you. • Eat a balanced diet with plenty of vitamin C and protein. These will both repair skin and prevent ulcers. • Invest in a box of Oragel Mouth Sore disks. Dry the sore, then place a disk there until it sticks
