How Do You Remove A Firedog Screensaver?
The Firedog Screensaver has gained notoriety for displaying at inappropriate times. While most screen savers only activate when the system is idle, but Firedog comes on even when users are typing or moving the mouse. To make matters worse, Firedog can’t be altered through your “Display Settings”, which is where users normally go to change their screen savers. The only way to stop Firedog from bounding into your screen is to delete it manually. There are two possible routes to success. Some systems will not allow users to follow Section 1. If that’s the case for your system, then refer to Section 2. Click “Start” in the lower left corner of your screen. Choose “Settings” and “Control Panel”. Double-click “Add or Remove Software”.
