If you’re tired of having Netscape Navigator pop up every time you open a link, update your default web browser. Internet Explorer is included with all versions of Windows, and other options, such as Mozilla Firefox or Google Chrome, are free to download. Changing the default web browser is a simple task that can be accomplished in the browser’s settings menu. Click “Tools” and select the “Advanced” tab in your Firefox browser. Click “Check Now” beneath the “System Defaults” section of the General tab. When prompted, select “Yes” to set Firefox as your default browser. Click “OK” to exit the settings menu.
