all u have to do is got auto zone,walmart, and the are some tools that are for ford models that take out the factory radio or u can use some small screw drives and stick them in the holes and pull out make sure they are in there correctly put the screw drives to the left,right, then do it to the bottom ones to make it easier just buy the tools
