How Do You Refill Lexmark NCR Ink Cartridges?
If you own a Lexmark inkjet printer, you already know how expensive new ink cartridges can be. In some cases, printer owners have found that the cost of a single set of replacement ink cartridges can be as much, or even more, than the price of a brand new printer. With those costs so high, it is no wonder so many printer owners are looking at refilling their own cartridges instead of buying new ones. Lift the lid on your printer and wait for the print cartridges to come to the center. Do not attempt to move the print cartridges on your own. Lift the cover on the print cartridge. Tilt the cartridge forward and carefully lift it out of the printer. Look at the label on the NCR printer cartridge and locate the breather hole on the top. Widen that hole slightly with a needle. Remove the syringe from the print cartridge refill kit. Carefully fill the syringe with black or colored ink. Fill the syringe slowly to reduce the formation of air bubbles.
