If you travel long-distance for vacation or business trips, chances are you have suffered from jet lag. Some of us get it worse than others, but regardless, it’s no fun to lay awake at night, or struggle to stay awake during the day, when all you want to do is enjoy your vacation or have a productive work trip. Some airlines still give them out, but fewer and fewer do these days, so buy a pair or hoard them when you’re given one on your flight.
