How Do You Reduce Eheim 2211 External Filters Power?
l use eheims and the best and only way is to use the correct eheim regulater valve,its just like a tap,basicaly you cut into the inlet and outlet tubes between the tank and filter and you can regulate the flow,sorry to say being eheim its going to cost,your local aquarium shop should be able to supply all that you need l must just say youve gone to a lot of expence for the size of your tank,an internal filter would have done the trick,but it also depends on the fish your keeping and if your looking to get a bigger tank in the future youve gone about it the right way l wouldnt mess about with bits of sponge etc as if a bit were to come adrift and get into the impeller of the filter,big expence good luck which ever way you go
