How do you reduce Arthritis Pain without Painkillers and Anti-Inflammatories ?
About two months ago, under a lot of stress, I started to have pain on my hands. I suspect is Osteoarthritis because they hurt and get swolen at night but the pain almost disapear during the day. I hate to take pills and dangerous medications that end up hurting other organs. I heard of green tea, grapes, Vitamin C & D and also “Willow Bark/Boswellia”, all of these appear to reduce inflammation. Any feedback would be greatly appreciated.
