All hope may not be lost if a Microsoft program is deleted from a computer using a Windows operating system. The Windows platform as a safety feature requires a two-step process for deleting a program permanently from the system. If the second step has not been completed, it may be possible to recover the deleted program if the original disc for installing the software is unavailable.
