Recording Internet radio programs requires using a third party application. That’s because Windows itself does not offer such an option. All the programs that record Internet radio programs work in the same basic way — they record what you hear on your computer speakers. You therefore will need to manually start and stop the recordings for each show that you want to record in much the same way as you would record something off the radio onto a cassette tape or CD. Install the Freecorder software using the link provided in the Resources section below. Once the software has been installed, click the “Start” button. In the “search” field, type “freecorder.” Press “Enter.” Visit the website of the radio program you would like to record. Don’t start playback just yet. On Freecorder, click the “Record” button.
