• Download a beat. Try Sound Click • Open Audacity and drag the beat to it, it will say importing MP3 file. • Turn on your microphone and start recording to the beat. • When you are done recording take off the static from the mic by highlighting the fuzzy blue line that shows where you just recorded. • Next cut the song, if you didn’t use the whole beat highlight the rest of the beat and click on the little scissors. • Next go to file and click on export as WAV and type in the name of the song you recorded. • Open iTunes and click on file and click on where it says export WAV and click the name of the song you recorded. Make a playlist on iTunes, put the song in it, and burn it into a CD when you have enough songs recorded for a CD. 12 songs are a typical minimum.
