Here is a quick and easy crock pot soup with Italian sausage and zucchini! I whip this up in about 15 minutes, and after it cooks all day the house smells insanely good, too. I usually serve this soup over rice to keep the recipe gluten free, but pasta can be added to this soup and it is quite delicious!
