To fix the animal you will need to use what is called a whip stitch. This stitch is simply a stitch that joins two pieces of fabric by going around and around the edges. Thread your needle and knot the end. Join the edges of the ripped area with one hand. With the other hand, put the needle into the ripped area and bring it back out of the other ripped edge. Keep doing this until the rip is closed up. Knot the thread and cut the end as close to the knot as possible. Fluff the fur so that the thread doesn’t show.
