How Do You Read & Write Blues Piano Scales In D Flat (Db)?
“Now we are going to go through the actual written form of the blues. So if we take an actual look at it and start here we play our one chord four four measures. So it’s D flat seven four four measures; one two three four then we get to our second section of the song. We play our four chord for two measures and then go to our one chord for two measures, so we are going to have G flat seven then back to D flat seven. Then the last section we play five four then one for two, so we got five so that would be our A flat seven D flat seven G flat seven. I’m going to actually play through and point out as I go through the form. So we start here on D flat (playing piano) four, one again five four one, now I’m going to play it through as I count after them.
