How Do You Read Batman Comics Online?
Comic book companies are beginning to make use of the Internet. In addition to the print comics that come out every week, more companies are heading towards digital, Internet-based distribution methods. You can now preview “Batman” comics online, but you will still have to buy the full version at the store. Visit the DC Comics website (see Resources). This is the home page of DC Comics, the company that owns and publishes comic books featuring the Batman family of characters. Click on the “Comics” option on the left side of the screen. This will bring up a list of four categories—choose the one that reads “DC Universe,” which is the imprint of DC Comics “Batman” is printed under. Click on “Previews” from the list of options on the left of the screen. This will bring up a list of different titles that have preview pages posted online.
