Walmart.com has taken down their customer service number for online orders. I have found a way around the automated line to reach an actual person. Grab your phone, and dial the walmart.com online customer service line 1-800-966-6546. Press 2 for walmart.com online returns,exchanges, and billing. Press 3 for billing, and then you will need to press 8 for returning the call from the billing department. You may have a short wait at this time, my wait was around 11 minutes. They may try to tell you that they cannot assist walmart.com customers- NOT TRUE. This is the actual hidden line for walmart.com online ordering My concern was NOT with the billing department. My issue was that I was told an item had shipped and should have arrived 6 days before I called. Do not let them hang up on you, they can transfer you to whomever will resolve your issue.
