You rack 8 ball is you put a solid up front, you put stripes behind it, then the next roll is going to be all solids with the 8 ball in the middle and then you put two more stripes there, then you put solids in at the bottom, two stripes at the back, and some people rack this way or you can rack the other way at that point it actually does not matter.
